Location: City of Haikou, Hainan China

The Urban Waterfront Master Plan covers over 1,000 hectares and is designed to link together the City’s waterfront and provide access and amenities to the city’s residents.  Cultural and recreational facilities as well as new commercial centers will extend the urban fabric to the waterfront, linking development to parks and open space which will complement the urban character proposed.
