The Master Plan for the Diplomatic Neighborhood covers 80 hectares within the new Capitol City of Malaysia south of Kuala Lumpur.  The neighborhood is located to the northwest of the new City Center.  It is designed to be dynamic and walkable while also providing for the highest level of security for the Embassies and foreign nationals who will be residing there.  

The Main street for the neighborhood mixes commercial with residential to support the various government facilities and users who will concentrate near the embassies.  

The Embassies are located on a hill overlooking the neighborhood aligned along a terraced series of ring roads offering dramatic views both to and from the lots.
